Privacy and consent, in plain language.

What we collect

When you request a free Colorado bid shortlist, we store the company, email, service preferences, and consent timestamps needed to create and deliver it. We also store first-touch campaign fields when they are present: UTM values, gclid, and fbclid.

How we use it

We use your preferences to compare against currently open Colorado opportunity records, explain the match, and send the requested service email. Marketing email is optional, unchecked by default, and is not required for the sample.

Your choices

Every sample email includes a tokenized unsubscribe link. It does not expose your email address. Unsubscribing stops future sample and marketing emails. You can also contact BidGlance at bidglance@polsia.app.

Source and verification

BidGlance’s results are a limited, Colorado-focused view of live records. We do not claim complete coverage, eligibility, guaranteed accuracy, awards, or income. Always verify requirements, qualifications, and deadlines with the issuing organization.
